Reader's Digest ripoff, they have a Lifetime Guarantee that they refuse to honor false promises

We have ordered many music collections from these people through the years.
Their products supposedly have a Lifetime Guarantee to the original purchaser.
Two collections we ordered, "Marty Robbins: His Greatest Hits & Finest Performances" & "150 All-Time Sing Along Favorites" wore out from years of enjoyment, which IS covered in the Guarantee.
We received a letter saying that they would refund our money if we called them.
We called them, and they basically gave us the run around and a song-and-dance as to why they supposedly could not refund our money.
It would not surprise us at all if they have done this to dozens more people through the years.
