No Delivery of order, Ignored all contact on my part to resolve

I purchased a travel cage for my Englis Mastiff pup, one that can be broke down and reassembled, hence, 'travel' pen. This was the largest one we could find since he is already 157lbs and only 7mos. Also the one with the best value we could find. We were leaving in three weeks so we assumed we would have plenty of time to have it shipped std time. So when it didn't get here in the normal 5 days I didn't exactly start panicking yet because I knew I had time. One thing that stuck in my head was this is the first time I had ever done business with any on line dealer without a phone, I usually always check them a little first too. I check here, the Ripoff Rep, first to check for complaints, there were none, then I check the BBB, I did fine 2, but both were resolved. I still had reservations but my husband talked me into it anyway, so against my instincts, I went ahead and ordered the darn thing. Well here's my lesson, I need to always follow my instincts. Anyway, hindsight is wonderful right? I never received the pen, and all attempts I have made to this vendor to recover either my purchase or my investment have gone ignored. I contacted his preferred email sight, then his sales sight, then I even traced back through the web the gentlemans name and last known phone, which of course is now disconnected. I thankfully, made my purchase with a Discovery card and will recoupe, I am entering this report as a warning to all to not do business with Petronic.com, there may be some kind of misscommunication, but I don't think so. As far as I'm concerned, he's a theif. Do not do business with Petronic.com it's a rip off!!!
