Poor customer service

In my own guide customer support is anything. I was named by Tru Green and questioned if I would like a calcium therapy on my lawn for that winter. I said yes as well as informed him I had been worried about however having a lot of weeds within the lawn after having their support for 2.5 years now. He explained they'd perform a support phone "TOTALLY FREE" plus they'd wait before end-of Nov. To complete the calcium therapy since I have simply had a pre-emergent therapy a couple weeks preceding. Two nights later there's a statement on my door saying they did a * handle and manure. I called about this and Bonnie at work who likes to notice himself speak and never actually attempt to pay attention to the client (continuously interrupting you) provides me the run-around about how exactly it was a calcium treatment. Which I've weeds due to the rainfall we have gotten lately. I had been informed on the telephone this support phone could be TOTALLY FREE after which obtained a statement and got the run-around by some insane woman at work that has NO FREAKING idea whats happening. I eventually just hung-up on her behalf since I have could not obtain a term in. Named back later and got an extremely good woman called Melissa and requested her to stop my support. I work difficult for my cash and that I do not mind spending money on a service whether it's a great support. Poor customer service won't be accepted and that I won't purchase that type of support.
