I just evicted this crook from my house! Open investigation in Holly Springs for Grand Theft

I just read everybody posts about this sorry excuse for a human. He rented a house from me in a hurry back in April, now it makes sense that he was on the run from all the people he ripped off. He and his family are the most nasty people I have ever met. He just moved out (eviction) at the end of last week and stole the appliances. (which he sold on craigslist) Totally ruined my beautiful house. There was animal and human feces everywhere! I have filed criminal and civil charges and anticipate his arrest very soon. He had kids living in this filth and I am heavily considering contacting social services. I urge everyone to do whatever they can to put this low life away for a long time!!! I have all his and his wife's personal information and would be willing to share if it helps any of you.
I expect that he monitors these threads and if so I have a message for Eric... You have screwed over too many people thinking that nothing was going to happen to you and now there is a group of us that will stop at nothing to put you away! His childern are in School in Holly Springs, NC so you should contact Officer Ham with the local police dept and tell him your stories.
