I did not authorize them to provide any service whatsoever! I have never even spoken to them, I have charges on my phone bill from this company. I have tried repeatedly to contact them with no results! I have wasted two hours of time trying to resolve a problem that THEY have created!
On top of everything, thier automated operators speak broken English and are almost impossible to understand.
