Jim Brown Scammed me for over $5000, did not ship product

I ordered custom imprinted Lanyards (promotional product) for over $5000 from AAA Line back in July. My order form clearly stated a in hands date of mid August, since my client needed these lanyards for a trade show. The company in Niagara Falls (www.AAAlineWorld.com) requested for a full up front payment via check, which I paid. They have not delivered the product and are not returning any of my voice messages, e-mails nor faxes since August.
Turns out that the owner (Jim Brown) is apparently running his operations out of Toronto and other people have complained about him for being scammed as well.
