Dr. Tarick smaili do not go to dr. Tarick smaili or california surgical institute. Very unprofessional

I had a breast augmentation and banelli lift with dr. Tarick smaili. I am very unsatisfied not only with the work that was done, but also that i could not get a follow up appoinment with him.
It has been ten months since my surgery and i was supposed to get a six month follow up. I work mon-friday from 8:30 to 4pm, and they continue to schedule me for appointments after 4, but then they call me the same day and tell me the doctor does not see follow ups after 4pm, he only does consultations after that time.
I feel that he only has time for new customers becuase he hasn't gotten their money yet, but the patients that have already paid, and the damage is done, he has no time for. I have explained to his receptionist/nurses that i am having pain in my breast, one is more severe, and they still cannot find the time to schedule me for an appointment that is convenient for me.
One breast is considerably larger than the other, which is why i cannot find a bra that fits comfortable. One constanly pops out.
I had a procudure that was supposed to lift my breast. They are so long and misshappen, i do not feel he performed the right kind of lift.
When i asked him at my first follow up how to massage my breast, he rushed me out of his office and gave me a piece of paper with a diagram on how to do the massage. I have been massaging my breast the best way i know how with that litlle diagram, and they are still hard.
I would advise anyone considering cosmetic surgery to go somewhere else.
