Awful company

I recently published a rant about KLM and four missing bags... Appears I've an update. The bags were handed by KLM to MCS Specific (show!?) A baggage repatriation team. Then they handed them to a different courier who'll delever them to us. Excellent! We get our bags back

No... Although we've a title for that organization we've no-contact details. They evidently attempted to provide today nevertheless no body has been around connection with us, we were informed they'd wording possibly to ensure we were house or even to organize fall off (we've these annoying 9-5 jobs). We have noticed nothing out of this organization. Why-don't they've contact details for the corporation i request? Certainly you talk/keep in touch with one another? No, it appears this it their first evening consequently they CAn't contact them! (however they may move bags for them) Might someone advise me what millennium we are because businesses do not have contact details for every different??
