Charged credit card $60 when no services requested by me

MyLife/Reunionsearch charged my credit card $60although I never signed up or requested or received any services from them. Until I saw the charge, I had never heard of them. I do use certain genealogy sites so I assume they some how obtained my information from one of these sites. When I requested dispute resolution from my card company, the card company tried to reach MyLife but was unable to do so by phone.
