Fraud alert

I requested some compassion windchimes from Outdoordecor and was informed them was on back-order which my charge card wouldn't be billed before purchase was delivered. It was a rest. Our card was billed instantly and also the product was never delivered. Today it appears the organization has skipped town. This product was for my buddy in another town who'd simply dropped his mom.
