Customized case wasn't custom

I simply received my "customized" units that price $3500. These "custom" units weren't what we requested. This inadequacy is what we anticipate if we requested from Goal and invested $500, although not that much money. Reveal schematic was signed-off by us and delivered to the organization. What we obtained wasn't right. Today my dining area is inoperable because of everything that requires togo within the units, but can't. How can we've supper? I suppose they do not care, since for them, customized means whichever they would like to eliminate at that time.
