Had partial, called "princess", because it fits behind other teeth and can't be seen, except the tooth, which fits securely between other teeth.

Went in with partial (which fitted perfectly), with tooth (that had come out cleanly, leaving the impression of where the tooth needed to be re-attached.

Paid extra to get back next day.

Went in, to pick up and whatever they had done; it didn't fit as my original bridge did. So they took an impression*why!

I went in with a perfect fitting bridge. All that was necessary was to re-attach tooth.

Went back third day, still no fit.

So what happened to my perfect fitting bridge!

I paid them extra monies to do a professional job (total of $204.)

Need my money back; so i can go back to my original dentist, who is efficient and does a perfect job in one day. Patient goes in am, goes to lunch, and picks up new brige or full plate the the afternoon. Please let me recommend this dentist in mount dora. He is the best i have ever been to, in my 78 years. I am a senior & can't afford this kind of loss.

I had a full plate done, done years ago. Went in am, he took impression, went to lunch, came back, had surgery of seven (7) teeth, put in plate, drove back to daytona beach area and never one problem, all these years. All comment how beautiful my plate is, because it looks so natural.

Please, please help get my money, so i can have dr. Duran make a new "princess". He would have re=attached for $75. Sure my original is missing in action. I entrusted coast with an expensive piece.

My insurance company recommended them, telling me, most should have been covered. Their office manager says that isn't true. I have contacted my insurance company: do not recommend these unprofessional to any of our members, ever again!!!

They have a very arrogant attitude toward the patient; because i have stood up them, letting them know, they didn't do the job i went in for.

Please put all your viewers on notice; not to do biz with them and help me if you can.

Be on notice: office manager has standard answer (s).
