Fraudulently charging my credit card for services

On October 29th a charge for $26.99 showed up on my credit card for Friendfinder.com. I had never heard of this company nor have I ever visited their site. When I called the number that shows on my credit card statement it goes directly to their billing department. The lady asked ME for my credit card number. I refused, she said she couldn't look the charge up by name. I hung up and called my credit card company. While on the phone with them, they called the same number and I was then part of a three way call with the company. They indicated I would have to get a court ordered supena to access the information on the account. They have to be kidding right? My credit card company was great about the whole thing, filing a fraud investigation on the charge, closed my current card and issuing a new one.
