Treated Five Times and I Still Have Bugs!

To my horror I found out I had bedbugs in my single family home. I called The Bug Killers and they came to treat my house on 8/08/09 for $266.76. Before they came and treated we threw away all our bedding, sheets, pillows, mattresses and couch. That night when I entered the house after the first treatment I found bedbugs in the house and also got bitten in my sleep. I called Mr. Ritter and explained that there were still bugs which he then informed me that we would have to wait four months before we get another treatment and it should get better, not knowing I agreed and ended the phone call. That night again myself and my family gotten bitten. The next morning I called other exterminators in our area and they all told me that four months in way too long because they can multiply by the hundreds between that time. I called Mr. Ritter back and told him this and he agreed to come back but not for two weeks. So in those two weeks it did not get better and we were still getting bit.
On 8/26/09 the second treatment happened, no charge.By this time we had torn out all the rugs in the house, got new mattress but put mattress covers over them and steamed cleaned the two chairs that were left in the house. That night again we came in the house and I found bedbugs crawling around as if nothing had happened on my infant sons crib and our mattress. I called Mr. Ritter the next morning to explain and again he said the treatment takes time and to call him back in a week if it is not better. Of course it was not better and I called him back. He would not send anyone back out until 9/23/09 and he also charged us $88.91. Again later that night while putting my mattress back on the bed frame I found two bedbugs crawling on the mattress and eggs were on my mattress cover, I killed them all myself.
The next morning I called Mr. Ritter to let him know I still found bugs and had gotten bitten in the night. He sent someone out on 9/23/09 and informed me that they would be treating the outlets on top of the normal things they do. So my husband and I removed all the outlet covers and he treated the house. That night my family and I slept fine and we thought we were in the clear but low and behold a week later I was bitten from my neck down to my hands and I also saw very small sized bugs on my bed under my pillow. I called Mr. Ritter the next day and he said that eggs must have hatched and they are molting and need blood to go through each stage. I said while they are in this stage you should spray again, he said to call back in a week if I was still seeing them or was getting bitten. Of course it only got worse so I waited two days and called him back because I could not take it anymore, I could feel them crawling on me. He informed me that I really couldn't feel them crawling on me because about only 20% of people can feel them, I said well I must be one of those 20% and I need another treatment. He informed me that he would do another treatment but it would cost another $96.02. I said okay and he sent someone to do the fifth treatment on 10/28/09.
It is now 1/2/09 and I am still getting bitten every night, my husband and I have still seen bugs and we are fed up with this company. He never once stood behind his guarantee that is right on the front of the invoice and after five treatments, over $400 in costs to this company, following all instructions, getting rid of mostly everything we own and purchasing all new things, we are no closer to getting rid of these bedbugs. Now we must find another exterminator to come in and spend more money with them.
