FTFT Magazine Sales
Company Uses Young Teens To Rip Off Good Will Consumers

Shops, Products, Services

On 5 April a young female teenager rang my doorbell selling magazine subscriptions. I don't remember what she was raising money for but the company she was representing was FTFT Sales as best I can remember. She was slick and sly asking me questions stating she would gain extra points based on my responses. Anyway, for $63 I was to receive a years subscription to Car & Driver magazine. Yes, it would have been cheaper for me to subscribe via direct with the magazine but I thought I was helping a young teenager. It is now 30 Oct 09 and a magazine has yet to arrive in my mailbox. I even exercised the 3 day cancellation option without success. I trusted this young woman and was ripped off. While $63 by no means has placed me in a financial bind it has left a bad impression of anyone selling door to door. Deciet of any type is wrong but when a company (if they even exist) employs young teenagers to rip off consumers, that is new low in my book. BEWARE of FTFT by all means. I will never purchase magazines in this manner again. Lesson learned.
