Delivered to the wrong address, flowers were old/dead and not what I ordered, world's worst customer service

I ordered flowers from this company, I stated where they were to be delivered, a police department. I told the company it was not the main department with the jail and I would call back with the exact address but the rep "Deb" stated that she knew where it was and the call back wasn't necessary. My fiancee is a dispatcher so she thought she knew where it was, which was a joke because I later found out that there were 30 sub stations. So she just wanted to make a quick sale. I special ordered an arrangement of flowers, I wanted tight rose buds with no green and very little fillers. I even stated I would like them to cut off the leaves on the roses so it looked just like the picture on the website. First they delivered to the wrong address. The rep "Deb" called me and woke me up at butt o'clock in the morning and stated I told her the wrong address and if I was even sure that my fiance works at the police department.
