Simple Aesthetics was a rip off

This company was a total rip off. They had 4 to 5 different locations. I should off known they were not a reliable company. I went to 3 different locations and i was rescheduled so many times. I was refer to them by a co-worker and I was also contacted by the manager and was told i would receive free sessions for the inconvenience, therefore I made my monthly payments and finally paid off the amount of 2,600 for full body laser. As i went to my following appointment I realized they had close down all of their location without advising the clients. Nu Medspa is now offering laser hair removal service to Simple Aesthetics previous clients and I was able to get the owners name and phone number. I was told that his name is Lorenzo Roccio 917.721.3257 as expected he is not taking calls. I hope there is something we could do to get our money back. There has to be some type of punishment for this Lorenzo guy for stealing people's money and walking away like nothing has happen. If anyone knows anything, please email me, as I would really appreciate it.
