False promises

I'm a store that requested out of this sign-maker for that very first time. Before purchasing, I looked arounded. The rest of the organizations cited per month to 6 months manufacturing, and so I selected them... Because they cited per week 5 of production period. I put my order on September 23 and that I still do not have my purchase. After I published the organization a notice, they really explained they were nevertheless inside the cited schedule since I did not spot my purchase till March 6th. Our issue is WHERE WAS MY ORDER FOR THE WHOLE FOURTEEN DAYS from September 23-March 6th? Anyhow, I published this so if every other store checks purchasing from their store, they wait if they're in a period crisis. The organization hasn't yet been responsible for their not held guarantees, they really believed I'd think them once they transformed my purchase day. I'm a store... I am not silly.
