Stay away from this company. I contract with them in May and did not see the trainer specified in the contract over a 2 month period. He was a no show for two appointments, never returned calls

This company has a contract that specifies no refund for any reason. Well, who knew that included them not showing up or meeting their commitments? The owner, Bill Glatzell, was specified as trainer in my contract. He did not show for 2 appointments. After the second appointment, he did not return calls or try to make another appointment. I gave up and asked for a refund my mail and was told no. I have filed witht he BBB in Arizona as well. I hate to see others ripped off also and NOW he is franchising into other states! Watch out!
