I ordered hard matress, but I got a soft one they don't want to exchange it

A month ago I ordered a mattress and a bed frame from a store in Brooklyn NY. I ordered a hard mattress, but I got a soft one, I went there again, told them that I got a wrong mattress. They said that they are going to exchange it. It's been a month and my mattress has not been exchanged.
