What a shame it is that people must have this done to them, however I am not going to complain and make threats towards this person. I will be heading to this area in the next 2-5 weeks to collect my refund in person even if I have to go to where he works to let everyone know just what type of person he is. Hope everyone get's there item or refund by then, since I believe they will no longer be in operation any longer.
