Use this company at your own risk!!! Below is information/my experience with Enterprise Relocation Systems/United States Express Van Lines that you should read prior to contracting with this organization:
*Forged documents showing a different amount than what was paid on pickup, therefore causing me to pay money above the quoted price under threat of having items held hostage and being charged storage and a re-delivery fee.
*Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Rude Staff - Staff persistently mislead regarding pertinent information on whereabouts of items. Promised to return calls and messages, never did. The manage/owner/operator are inaccessible (they block the phone option if you call after hours so that you are unable to leave a message or contact manager/owner/operator). Also, an individual by the name of Rachel is especially RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and attempts to rationalize the horrible business practices of this company.
*Advertises as not being a broker, but actually may be contracting work out to other companies (therefore acting as a broker)
*Promised to have items delivered by a certain date, items delivered much later (even later than what they were contractually obligated to deliver items by)
*Lists BBB (Better Business Bureau's logo on it's website as if they are an endorsed member of the organization
*DOT license is actually not currently active
