On or about 9-24-09, our company, Amazing Web Design Services contacted Don Nicodemos with Carson Rose & Associates regarding a few accounts that were possibly in need of collection services. Mr. Nicodemos was explained to, in extensive detail, about the accounts and assured us that they were able to assist us without any problem. Mr. Nicodemos sounded quite excited to help and very sympathetic to the situations we expressed to them that we had experienced with these particular accounts. Amazing Web Design Services hired Carson Rose & Associates to represent our company and to attempt collection on these accounts. Several emails were sent between AWDS and Carson Rose & Associates among a few phone calls as well. Doug Nicodemos promised to contact us at the end of the week with updates, however he failed to do so. On October 9, AWDS received a invoice from Carson Rose & Associates for almost $500.
