I first contacted Victoria Ephraim on October 7. She promised to bring me the man of my dreams... Silly I know. She stated in my reading that there was negative energy surrounding me and that this energy was blocking my blessings. Victoria promised results in 72 hours. She also promised to mailed me a package that I never received.

Victoria scammed me out of $125.00. I never received a call from the man of my dreams or the package she "claimed" to have mailed me.

Victoria refuses to return my calls or emails requesting a tracking number or a refund. After I submitted a claim to pay pal I tried calling Victoria again to discuss the fact that she had taken my money and had not provided me the service she promised. Victoria was extremely rude and told me she refused to give me a refund. She has not returned any of my communications since.
