Total misrepresentation of quoted job and unprofessionalism of staff

This company is by far the most unreliable and unprofessional moving company you should never want to do business with.
They were supposed to be at my job between 8-9 am.By 10 am we called and they miss scheduled us? Their error. OK so we wait at 12:30 they have a flat tire... By 2:30-still not there... We then decided to reschedule for the next week since they could not tell us what time they would finally get to us. I had paid Overtime to 3 staff for a entire day and no move happened... OK everyone deserves a second chance. Right? Completely wrong!!! My quote says 2-3 men for 5 hours w/one hour travel. I get a man and a woman. We told the sales rep that this job included moving heavy office furniture. They send a woman? Not having 3 men delayed the job on their behalf by an additional 4 hours. They demanded an additional $940 in funds or they were not going to unload my stuff. Then you ask to speak to a manager or owner and Sophia (who if she has a GED that's giving her far too much credit) tells you "this is how it is" as she is cracking her gum in the phone. Then she uses profanity... Are you surprised? I am not. Listen to her for 2 minutes and you would not be surprised... Classless is the only word to describe her.
If I were you I would never, never use anyone associated with Affordable Moves For Less... in fact, they will cost you more than your highest quote!
