This company collected my money from the client pretty fast but took over 8 months to give me the money. They did not return phone calls or e-mails. You will seldom find that anyone answers the phones. If you use this company you will surely need a second collection agency to collect your money from the "collection agency". This company will treat you as if you are the bad guy. Do not use this company. I contacted the better business bureau and my companies attorney had to contact Griffin direct. Steer clear
