Refusal to pay for services and executive leads generated for VO group

I found Stephen Zarick's job posted on salesjobs.com in every market across the U.S.
On August 31 I began a IC Contractor work for Stephen Zarick of VO Group "A lead generation Company" based in Louisville Kentucky. On 09/09 I got a disturbing email for Mr. Zarick indicating there was money issue. However he assured me it would be resolved and payment to me would not be a problem.in the interim he lowered my hours from 20 to 10... Which resulted in yet another unexpected set back.
Subsequently I realized / suspected there was a real money crisis, and emailed him a short note telling him; it would be better for us to part as friends, so lets bring this to an end for now, pay me for the work I've done and maybe in the future when he is a better financial position we can revisit. That communication was met with fury, and stalling by Mr. Zarick and the last two plus weeks of fighting words to get him to pay me the $1237.50. I provided him in three weeks an hour meeting each with (2) presidents (1) VP and (1) Executive VP. His over-price rate of $80.00 for telemarketing services has proven to be his own downfall in failing to close the business. I have done my part and fulfilled my obligation under our contract/agreement. I simply need to be paid in full for my services.

I am very disappointed in Mr. Zarick's attempt to hire me under false pretenses, not having enough solvency in his business to warrant hiring new staff; stalling to pay and his latest attempt to "Pay in increments" on credit terms. Totally outside our written arrangement has created unexpected hardship for my family.

I have demanded full payment in writing on Thursday October 08, but have not received full payment into my account. This is very bad business and only goes to show Mr. Zarick does not have the kind of business ethics to be in business.
