Internet rip off company

A general warning needs to be posted about dealing with Chinese company tobaghere.com
They are disreputable and sell defective products and they refuse to give refunds or exchanges even though their website claims that if defective products are received they will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
I bought a fashion purse from them and the lining fell apart within a week with extremely light use. I was reasonable and understand that even the best retailers have defective products. So I contacted their customer service and explained what had happened, they requested photographic evidence of the defect, it seemed logical and reasonable so I complied.
After much delay and getting the run around I was told to pay for the repairs myself at my own expense. I quoted their own website comments that stated defective products would be replaced at no cost... I was ignored.
