I too was looking for a job and found this company in the local classfieds, I called and they immediately schedule and interview. I went into there office which when i got there it looked really unprofessional around the office and on the outside; they had no sign of the business name on the outside and i could barely find it. On the inside there was not a business feeling either, no formal greeting was made, a half ripped paper sign taped to the wall was the only way to tell you were in the right office and they had really loud music playing from the stereo with profanity and all. When i finally was called in for my interview they did multiple ppl at 1 time which i thought was a little weird but not so bad. After my interview was over the young lady told me that they would look over the aps. And give me a call if they wanted me for a second inteview. She called later on that day telling me how i really stood out and they wanted to invite me back for the 2nd interview; they said to dress really nice, bring a pad and pen and expect to be there for 2 to 3 hours. Ok so up until this point everything seemed regular so i went back for the second interview... And this is where it got really weird. So when i arrived the same inappropiate music was playing and i waited till the interview started 30 mins behind schedule. We go into a room and they want you to jump up yell and scream to show how motivated you are and then this guy comes in to speak. He said he would explain and answer every question any of us might have so plz dont interrupt and if you have a question ask it @ the end. Once he got a little into it a woman raised her hand and asked if criminal background mattered because she had 1. He told her he would get to that and then said he usually kicks ppl out for not following the rules, so he turned to all of us and asked if he should kick her out... I said no and he proceeded. I thought that was unporfessional but dont worry it only gets better. He keeps going on and on about how great the company is explaining all their amazing vacations... He told us they are soo much fun, if you have a boyfriend you wont when you come back, how drunk they get etc, etc (unprofessional). He also talked about how everything with their company was a tax write off, everything down to his clothes... Then he proceeded to brag about his Tommy Hilfiger tie and Dock Martin shoes. Now I havent worked at too many big companies but i know to brag about your clothes is jus once again unprofessional! Not to mention that ive always been taught if you have to brag too much or feel the need to show off things most likely your compensating because you really dont have it like that, which goes back to the point that they are not making as much money as they claim from this business. He talked about how he gets to wear nice suits on a daily and its all on the company. Once he said that I also started to notice that the mans suit was way too big and not tailored at all which further lead me to not to believe any of what he was saying. Also he told us that training groups that were in session now got $200-$500 weekly, how he took them out once a week, they won great bonuses, $700 prizes, etc. Then he talked about how in the last phase of there training if you dont have a car they'll get you 1 or if you have any fees on your license they'll pay it off just because its that important for you to be to work everyday. I mean these things could definetly be possible but it seemed to me a little unrealistic and this is when i really started smelling the bull. I am a farely good judge of character and when he was explaing all of these things it jus didnt feel right and i felt as if something was wrong or it was a scam. It must have read all over my face because the guy kept stopping the interview to pick on me and ask if this is really something I wanted to do, how i didnt look motivated, i could get up and leave if i wanted and he thought it may not be the right job for me. I thought it was again really unprofessional for him to do this in front of a group but i just went along to see how the rest of the interview would pan out. Now that i have info from other ppl i totally understand why he kept singling me out, cause i was the only person in the room to see thru all his nonsense and he knew it so he kept suggesting i leave if it wasnt for me. Everyone else seemed to be so fascinated just on the fact that they were getting a job in this horrible economy not realizing that sometimes things are way too good to be true. Another thing that bothered me is he kept telling us that when we told other ppl (friends and family) about the job they would hate and discourage us because they would think it sounded ridiculous, but not to listen to them because they are just trying to bring us down. Now i cant speak for everyone but i know my family would be extremly happy for me to find a job unless they thought I would get hurt, it didnt sound right or it was a scam. Right before the end of the interview his "partner" (the girl who had given me the first interview) came in to say how she was leaving out to run some errands then she quiclky turned around to close the door back and leave. The man conducting the interview yelled out for her to wait she turned around and he asked her if she needed the car. First thing that ran thru my mind was if she needed to use his "nice car" why wouldnt she have just asked instead of walking off, i assumed she obviously already had transportion and he was once again using an oppurtunity to show off. Then he asked her if should could pick up "the prize" (which he really emphasized) for the ppl they had training, she said yea and he said do you know what it is? She said yes but they both proceeded to give each other the most awkward looks as if no one knew what the prize was... Then finally after he decided on wut it was (food) he asked her if she wanted cash or the card, she said, "you know what happens when I take the card", so he pulled out an envelope of money and handed her some and as she turned to walk away he said wait again and when she turned back around he handed her a few more bills and said what the heck take more.in my opinion the entire conversation felt really staged and scripted as if it was a haox to fascinate us further. Finally after all that nonsense we got to the end of the interview and he kept reinerating how he usually eliminates ppl who he thinks are unmotivated at this point but if we really wanted to be here he wouldnt. I could only think in my head that he was jus trying to scare and threaten everyone because how many times he told me I looked unmotivated he would have definetly sent me away by now. He once again checked that everyone was really into the job an passed out paperwork for our criminal background screening and personal info. He asked us to fill it out there but something told me not to leave my info including my social security # with these ppl so i took it home to bring back later. Also i didnt have time to fill it out there because he said the interview would be 2-3 hours when it ended up being over 4 and half (again unprofessional). I felt really weird about the interview so when i got home i googled the company and the first thing that popped up was this info on it being a fraud so im glad i was smart. Also i think that the ppl who are leaving comments to defend this company are scripted and in it somehow too. Lastly I would just like to say that I know its a bad economy right now and ppl are trying to get a job anyway they can but I would suggest staying away from this company beacuse it is a scam and when things are to good to be true they probably are so just be careful!
