FIRST CAPITIAL ONE, is a total rip-off THANKS FOR THE INFO!

I have been applying for credit cards over the internet and was denied credit due to my debt history and all of a sudden, i received a card in the mail and i didn't recall applying for a capital one card or accepting my invitation for any type of card and finding out that this card is a total rip-off, thanks for the info.
