Law Office Of John E Lindner P. A John E Lindner law office is trying to take my car house anything i own garnish my wages over a hospital bill for 600.00. That i wanted to make payments on. They want full payment or nothing!

Hello, a couple years ago i went to harbor hospital with chest pains (i have asthma). Well they did alot of stuff ekgs ect and the bill was more then i could afford $600.00. I didnt have any health insurance so i mean there's was nothing i could do die from not being able to breathe or get the bill. Well its been alittle while maybe im roughly guessing two years since? Maybe more and i got a letter to go downtown so a judgement could be decided. I knew i would lose this because if you willingly go to the hospital your going to owe the bill, i went and lost the new amount now is $750.00. I wrote them a handwritten letter and asked them if i could make a payment arrangement, even the court told me to do this. The problem is i wasnt smart enough to send it certified and photocopy it or something? Well i gave them some time to get back to me by mail and nothing. Then this new letter came saying i need to answer interrogatories in aid of enforcement of the judgement, in other words they said they want to know my checking savings account balance any cars or homes i own and anything possible else... I own nothing!!! I have 18,000 worth of student loans and havent even found a job in my career that pays anything. It says i have 15 days by the maryland law to send the answers back, or pay the full balance. I have called and they say the same thing. I dont know what to do. I know i shouldnt have let this get out of control like this but i dont make much money and i have kids to feed? Theres just no relief.
