Witholding Information

I had been NEVER advised that after this mortgage was authorized to get a Hague Water Conditioner that it had been mounted on my house and that I need to gbet authorization to market or refinance. I'm furious this occurred so when I had been informed the Client Support individual about the telephone explained she'd deliver the files in my experience and that I haven't gotten them. I'd like the corporation to consider possession and take away the connection or I'll record them.
