They enlist young, overly energetic people to go door to door and sell magazines. Their staff may not even write down your address correctly as they take your check and leave. They go from city to city and take people's money without delivering product. I've contacted their office in Denver several times and they "do not have any control over when I will get my order". Therefore, they do not provide a customer service.
