Authorized credit card deduction of $1.97US. Received my credit card statement which included the above charge plus $112.84 Canadian

Shops, Products, Services

I pursued an offer on the internet to make money from a website. I authorized a credit card charge of $1.97US. However, when I received my credit statement it had additional charges totalling $112.84 Canadian.

I immediately called and did receive a rebate of approximately $69US - this was a new monthly charge that is not included in the above $112.84.

Spoke to supervisor concerning a rebate of this money. His name is Dave Black at 877-847-4005. He was no help. He told me he could not refund as he did not know the company the money went to. I asked him how he could not know this, as his company took the money and obviously had to send the money to someone.

He continuously talked over me, not really listening.

In addition, I never received any email that my initial $1.97 was supposed to generate. When asked how I could terminate the offer within 5 -7 days when I received no information, his response was 'We sent you the information'.

I have noticed, on-line, that many other people have been caught up in this scam.

I want others to be advised of this company and I want my $112.84 returned.
