Jade Thomas and her husband, Mr. Jeremy Bass are involved in an ongoing enterprise of scamming real estate investors/realtors, bankers, and agents in the coastal region of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. These two work together to lure in new agents with the promise of grand projects and large commissions, only to find that usually the company is not even legitimate and Jade owes most of the town money. Jade used to spend thousands on marketing and sales, which attracted top talent in the area, but then went broke when her real character came out. These people will do ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! It doesnt matter if it is a home sale, remodel, marketing scam, commercial real estate deal... ANYTHING!

After doing some serious research, it has been learned that Jade got involved in real estate just before the big boom of the last few years. She has been associated with some very very shady characters in the area that have come and gone with the latest scams. Mr. Bass is not very well known until you actually deal with Jade herself, but he will show up in the end as the ringer.

The duo has even gone as far as to lie to banks/investors about pre-sales for condos to get involved in deals. They lie to everyone, including employees (who never, ever get paid). They seem to form a new company about 2 or 3 times per year and move their offices constantly. Many of my friends have worked at this realty firm and none have anything good to say. Jade puts on a good show, but in the end she is a fraud and she knows it. Mrs. Thomas has even spent time in jail for kiting checks! She has plenty of complaints filed against her, but more suckers come in every day. The best part is that her license is apparently revoked! Stay away from Jade and her husband people! Stop the madness in Myrtle!
