Lakewood magazines888 Readers Choice continues to charge me and their phone is ALWAYS busy!

I got a phone call a few weeks ago about my magazine subscriptions and that I needed to update my card on file, I gave them none of this info, they also said it was a one time charge and it continually comes off my bankistatement! This is so infuriating! I contacted my back filed a fraud charge for the magazine company and cancelled my debit card. I'm not sure what else to do now? I keep reading everyone is getting collection notices, I really don't need this right now, i'm need my credit to remain spot on! I've written letters to this company and now I keep calling and the phones are always "busy" WHat's my next step?
