Deanna Rubio Leland Nisewander Horse Transport Rip off/fraud Money taken and NO SERVICE!

We hired Horsin Around to ship 2 horses from California to Texas. After recieving multiple phone calls and email from Deanna Rubio, we send money via Paypal to Leland Nisewander per her email. After recieving our money she became virtually impossible to contact. We called dialy for info on the trip. Dates whatever.in the course of this we have had to have health certificates done 3 times beause they expire and still NO SHIPPER has shown up.
Random return calls from her promised to stay in touch and a few lame excuses for lack of pick up.in August, my father passed away so we were heading to Califrnia and tolds her we could take out own trailer... She was insistant that they would get the job done. And that deposits were non refundable... Well weeks later still nothing. Then we happen to catch her near a phone and she gives us a number to someone named Mike Silva 786-xxx-xxxx [furnished on request] (this number was confirmed by her twice) and naturally HE never answers. Never showed up on Monday to get the horses. And so on. Since then we have left many messages asking for our money back and also sent a payPal money request. I am very frustrated.
I want my money back! If I have to go over there to Tennessee for it I will also be asking for all the extra money it has cost me including board, paying others to care for my horses and the extra vet services, plus expense of travel/hotel... I have all my phone and email showing that I have made efforts to contact her.
I have also been told to look at filing with IC3. Gov (FBI online fraud), BBBonline.org, and Internet Trade Commision. Figured I would post here first maybe as a group who have been ripped off we can get some action on this.
