Horrible customer service

I requested a bed and box-spring from Cherryhill Shop, in store support was excellent. The shipping support Drew! I was educated the shipping people might contact and provide a period of rough arrival. Well they did not and turned up unannounced and that I was not actually house. They offered me no notice till these were before the place.

The delivery guy kept stating how he's to stay delaware state after telling him that somebody is likely to be there to allow him in since he didn't provide any indicator of his appearance. He was rude and threatened to depart. Lastly allow into fresh location and what goes on the shipping guy employs the restroom carrying out a #2 and overflowing my bathroom.

He smudged my toilet and completely new carpets permitting the water to trickle in to the tennants location below.
