Cheap2Dial Scam

Cheap2Dial definitely has a scam going on.
I supposedly signed up for their Min/Max Plan on the computer, but my name is wrong, my birthdate is wrong, the email address is wrong (and doesn't even exist), the computer IP address isn't mine, and I signed up on a day I was on vacation.
Assumming Cheap2Dial is a legitimate businesses, they should have noticed my "welcome email" was returned (or sent me something by mail).
When I've called to reverse the charge (about 5 times now), I'm told I have to talk to a Supervisor and that, "None are available, but they'll call you back". Of course, I've never received a return call or message.
In the meantime, I have called Verizon to put a hold on the charge until I can resolve the issue with Cheap2Dial. The Verizon folks have been very helpful, but they are required by law to pass these 3rd party charges through.
I'm not out any money, but it's been a time consuming process and it's not over yet.
I'll be a help to any class action lawsuit. I'm surprised there hasn't been one yet.
