Dragona Eventful Photography Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas Charged my card several times, kept record of my account number and charged me after I left as well

I went to dinner at the Hofbrahaus Las Vegas.inside I was approached by a older woman taking photos. She asked could she take ours. We said ok. When she came back she slammed the photo down on the table and told us we owed $17 I told her we didn't want the photo but she said we had to buy it. So I gave her my credit card so I could contact her manager later since she said they were not there and she didn't work for the resturant. She brought me back a generic receipt from a walmart book and I said I'm sorry but this is not legal. She said oh well and walked off.
I told my server about the situation and was told not much the resturant can do since she is not a direct employee of theirs. When I got home and finally got my credit card statement in the mail I noticed that I was charged $17 on 4 different days. I was able to dispute the charges since I never signed anything but this company is horrible. I've tried reaching the owners and only get the voicemail.
The next time I go to Vegas if they (Eventful Photography) are in the Hofbrahaus I will NOT be spending my hard earned money there. This is the worst business possible. I've had to continue to watch my statements to assure they don't charge me again.
