I found Seabreeze Corp. Online and I spoke to an agent there. He got all of my information and said that it shouldn't take too long to sell my timeshare because of the week that I had. "Within a few months" he said. I made two payments by credit card totalling over $500.
Call after call and no answer from the person I spoke with, he was always out of town trying to advertise. He never returned my calls. I spoke with someone else just to get an update on the status of my timeshare. She always had the same thing to say: "He is still working on it". She sounded like a recording. I never got any offers.
I changed my cell number and left several messages for someone to call me back and they finally called me at home (after I specifically told them to reach me on my cell... With the new number). When I called a few months ago, I was told that the original person I was dealing with, was no longer with the company. No one ever called me to let me know this.
It's been one year and four months and no phone calls and no letters. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with.
