Suvendri Associates Sent Amal with Suvendri Associates a $3,500 deposit for latex sheeting. Never received product or refund. Panadura

We sent Amal with Suvendri Associates in Sri Lanka, $3,500 down payment for latex sheeting that was to be manufactured for us. Amal sent a contract stating that production would be completed in 15 days.

After 15 days we sent emails asking when the product would ship. Each time Amal would defer an answer until "next week".

After 90 days and no product, Amal with Suvendri stated he would also not give a refund of the deposit. We have no product and no money back. We have called and spoken with them on the phone. They will not ship us a product or refund the money. Do not do business with Suvendri Associates, their company is a fraud.
