There I was shopping for the first day of school when an old lady comes up to me and ask me if I have ever thought about modeling. It was flattering for a stranger to ask you that. She told me to go to the open call which was that night. I was curious so I went to check it out. When I got the place they told me that I had to be 18 to sign up and I was only 17 at the time. I didnt have a parent with me so I walked out.

I didnt mind leaving. When I was waiting at the elevator the "scouting agent" stopped me and asked me if I decided to do this, who would pay. I told me them I would be paying and than they told me to stay. I sat there and waited for my "interview" in which they told me I was printing material and that they will give me a call tomorrow. The next day they called and I told them I could not afford the payment that was required to be part of their company. They than told me that I can pay them in installment payments. With the first 6 months $119.95 and than $19.95 for each month after that. I still tried to tell that I could not afford that but yet they would not let me get off the phone.

My mom finally said just try it out. Ever since then we keep getting weird bills. They than changed the policy to where you pay every 3 months instead of every month. And the only big time jobs they offered me were little promotion that paid $10 an hour and I had to drive more than an hour for. They did try to contact me once to come in for an appointment so they can help me get more jobs. When I called them and told them I couldnt make it, I never heard from them again. This company not only took more than $700 from my family but they have also damage my self esteem.

They made me believe that I was modeling material and it was all just a scam. With all the eating disorder and low self image that girls and women have nowadays, companies like TC Talent just adds to the problem. All I want is the money back so I can give it back to my dad. We really need that money.
