Prism Electric
Oklahoma, Beware of Prism Electric because they say one price but double it in the invoice and spend an ungodly amount of time for something simple!

I'm a real estate investor that's made my fair share of deals and have done rehabs for over 18 years. I have a property in Oklahoma that I've been fixing and I needed to change an electric panel for a unit, this usually takes no more than 4 to 6 hours.
So I called a company named Prism Electric and asked to come and see the job, they told me it was a 59$ service to come over and check it out and 69$ per hour. The technician that came over was Jarred, he told me 4 to 6 hours which was what I expected, and 100$ in parts. The estimate came to $500-600.

I agreed to the price, and he started working that day. Three hours later he called me and told me he needed to get some other materials that he needed and he'll be back on monday to finish the job.
Monday came around and a guy called Gary with his apprentice called Nick came around he worked on and off the job, meaning he worked about 2 hours left and came back 2 almost 3 hours later. They finished and he made the bill on the spot, the price was a shocking $1132.00.

The statement shows Jarred working for 3.5 hours, then Gary for 7 hours, but it wasn't over, I was expected to pay the apprentice for 7 hours as well! When I inquired about the price Gary said "That's what my boss (Anthony) told me to charge"
I talked to Anthony and he told me that he would check what had happened, after a week of no response I called him and he said "It is what it is, that's what we do to everybody"
I just want to warn people about this company (Prism Electric) and the way they treat their customers with overpriced bills.
