They got cash out-of my consideration in July of 09 and that I delivered their item back again to them today they wont't return my cash informing me "used to donot deliver it back precisely" how will you not deliver it back right when they obtained it also it was unopened. And netspend has been doing nothing to assist, I'm on the really fixed-income, because of being handicapped, with no one appears to care they took from me. How do you resolve this, I've approached everybody I will think about. However no results. I'm so angry, I really could shout...
