I simply got off the telephone with BR cutomer support who declined to assist me whatsoever. I had been ethical and informed them I had been attempting to make use of a gift-card, offered them the present card # however the card was damaged and that I couldn't browse the research # they desired. They stated they might not assist me that I'd to visit a shop. I mentioned that I'm disabled and may not reach a shop that I'd to complete all shoppping online & might they please enable me - lookup the gift-card # for that quantity - anything! NO, NO-NO -I attempted to obtain a boss plus they declined to I would like to talk to one. Then I requested to get a title and number to get a boss plus they stated they CAn't hand out that quantity. Is there a large key about who operates for this * organization! Finally, I attempted to stop my purchase that I'd simply positioned & was informed they'll place in a demand however they cannot assure it'll be terminated. I suppose they're simply moving in profit this fragile economy. No body actually questioned if there is something they might do to maintain my company. They might care less they simply dropped a customer which used to invest a large number of bucks together. Happy to determine company is really advantageous to them!!
