Ripoff extortion fraud scam READ FOR INFO

Hi. I am one of the people who helps fight the fraudulent actions of this company and I do it on a volunteer basis. Here are a few steps you should do. First off, if you ask for proof of the debt they will send you a ridiculous sworn affadavit stating the debt is yours. I have never heard of a single person who was given proof of the debt.

Secondly, they were kicked out of the BBB for excessive abuse and harrassment of consumers.

Thirdly, rumor has it they are under investigation by the FTC so you must get your complaints in. They only collect on time barred debts and will harrass you if you do not take action.

Make your complaints to the following sites especially if they have threatened a lawsuit, used profane language, called your multiple times a day and at odd hours, threatened to place the tradeline on your credit report, refused to allow you to dispute or told you that you could not, or any other abuses of the fdcpa and fcra.

Also, if you live in california it is illegal for them to even collect on a time barred debt so make sure you file with the california attorney general and mention that in your ftc complaint. If they have done nothing then there is no reason to file a complaint. Just send a cease and desist which I can help with and be done with it:
