A RIP OFF - their quality of Merchandise is TERRIBLE! Save your money and don't order anything - make it yourself

We ordered a custom sign for our home in Sept at the Mountain Heritage Craft Show in Harpers Ferry, WV. It took over the 12 weeks to finally receive it.

When we got it, we thought it was ok, and hung it on the house. Within 5-6 months apporox. All the varnish and paint was peeling off down to the bare wood.

We sent several emails trying to contact the owner/George and he finally responded stating that the wood must not have been kiln dried enough and to return it for replacement. He would not refund our money.

I returned the sign, and the tracking information shows that he received it. It cost me $17 to ship it, and I told him that I wanted that money also refunded since it was his faulty product.

That was at the end of June. We have sent numerous emails and made countless phonecalls trying to reach him and find out the status of our sign.
