Top Dog Leasing Takes you commission and runs with it and brings you a tenant who you then need to convict

Ron Hubbard is not as charming as he appears to be to work with as when he comes to your house and tells you he can rent it fast. Sfter the tenant he brought me did not pay rent and since and Ron earned his commisssion, suddenly his helpfullness, follow thru and kindness went down hill.
When I asked him for a refund after he brought me a tenant who did not pay after the first month, he did not follow through with finding me another tenant other than listing it on Craig's list!
When I asked him for a refund, he bacame VERY unproffesional such that I will not repeat it here.
