Consumerinfo.com aka CIC Credit Monitor Service Company's software pulled my payment info without my committing to purchase of services

Consumerinfo.com is a classic example of why you should always read the fine print. It's a shame that a company is desperate enough for sales to dupe the public in the manner that this company performs. I did not commit to purchasing their trial membership, but since I had committed to the first page of info, the site pulled my payment info and charged me. Waiting 7 to 10 days for a refund is an inconvenience that has me livid. I will be writing to other consumer outlets to warn people about this company's practices.in the meantime, READ THE FINE PRINT!
